Did you know that your friendly neighborhood Basement Bros. professionals have more than 20 years in the building and home remodeling industry? We train our team right, and always make sure they treat your house as if it were their very own. We don’t cut corners and our work is meant to last.
2. We are a fully licensed contractor.
Unlicensed contractors can sometimes offer lower pricing because they often times don’t carry insurance and can’t pull permits to perform work on your property. Meanwhile, licensed contractors—like us!—have to pass state exams and complete continuing education. Not just anybody that can get a contractor’s license, so we are very proud of the fact that we can do work that others can’t. It’s the little things like this that separate us from our competition.
3. We carry full insurance, including general liability and Worker’s Compensation insurance.
Some contractors don’t carry insurance, and you may think it is not a big deal. However, if a contractor does not carry state mandated worker’s compensation insurance, its employees can automatically become employees of the homeowner. If an employee gets injured on the job, they can sue the homeowner for their injuries and lost wages. This is a real thing!
General liability covers any damage done to you, your property, or your family. They are important to you, which means they are important to us too!

4. We back our work with a warranty.
We know we do a good job, but offer our warranty as peace of mind to you, the homeowner. We want all of our customers to be happy for years and years to come! A warranty is also a plus when you go to sell your home because it’s fully transferable, which is just another perk of using Basement Bros.
